Helvetia wanted to create an application that would allow them to more effectively manage repairs and requests for their tenants across Switzerland.
The team flew to Switzerland and worked on site in the Helvetia offices. My role was UX/ UI designer. James Rae was responsible for all icons and graphics.
The result was a clean and easy to use application that allowed tenants to create issues and admin members to action issues. The app allows the company to build a better relationship with their tenants by increasing response times and quality of service.
